• Local Travel (within ~10 miles): $25 – $40

• Extended Travel (10–20 miles): $40 – $60

• Long Distance (20+ miles): $60+

Final price = notarization fee + travel fee

Remote Online Notary (RON)

Notarize documents securely online from anywhere.

• First Online Notarization: $25

• Additional Seals: $10 – $25 each

• Technology / Platform Fee: $10 – $20

Loan Signing Services

Professional handling of mortgage and real estate closing documents.

• Buyer / Seller Packages: $100 – $150

• Refinance Packages: $125 – $200

• HELOC / Small Packages: $75 – $125

• Travel Fees included

• Scanbacks: $20 – $40

• After‑hours appointments: $25 – $50

Printing Services

If documents need to be printed before the appointment:

• Standard Documents (under 25 pages): $10 – $15

• Loan Packages (100–150 pages):

  • Single Set: $25 – $40

  • Double Set: $40 – $60

Wait Time

• First 15 minutes: Free

• Additional wait time: $10 – $25 per 15 minutes
